The mystery of death.

All of us know that we must die. But many of us delude ourselves by imagining that death is far off. It is almost as if we think that death will never come.

Job tells us that life is short. Remember that any mortal, born of a woman few of days and few of trouble, comes up like a flower and withers, remember again when Job said " my days are shifter than a runner, they flew away, they see no good "

Some people are reluctant to think about the shortness of life and as a consequence are unpreparke d to die.As we read in the Bible that we must all die, we're like water spilled on the ground, vwe can't be gathered up.

Let us also remember that Christ submitted to a cruel and humiliating death in order to obtain grace of a good death for us. This being the reason why he gives us so many calls, so many inspirations and warnings, is that at our last moment we may have the grace to die in his love.

If you are a Christian believe that you must die, that there's an eternity, that you die only one time, and that if you make mistake it will be irreparable, why will you not at this very moment start to do everything to make sure you die a holy death? Begin now to live a life which at the hour of death will be a source of not fear or agony but of peace and consolation.

Beloved in Christ try and live a life that you gain you eternal salvation at the end of time.
